Stolar has announced its intention to sell one of the most prestigious office centers in Kyiv, and the deal is to be completed by a company owned by businessman Maksim Krippa. The Antimonopoly Committee has issued a permit for the acquisition of a controlling stake in the authorized capital of Parus Holding LLC by Ola Fine, a company owned by Maksim Krippa through the ARS Capital fund.
According to information from Contr Agent, Parus Holding is owned by businessman Vadym Stolar (80%, through the Genesis fund) and his ex-wife Inna Maistruk (20%, through the Stream Investment fund). The key asset of this company is Advanced Technologies Plus LLC, which owns the building of the Parus shopping and office complex at 2 Mechnikova Street in the very center of Kyiv.
One of the interesting aspects of the deal is the fact that Ola Fine is 100% owned by Maksim Krippa, who is controlled through the ARS Capital fund. Maksim Krippa became widely known in July 2022 after the successful acquisition of the world champion esports club NAVI. Forbes previously reported that the agreement on the transfer of rights to NAVI was signed in 2020.
This strategic transaction emphasizes Maksim Krippa growing role in the business world and his commitment to diversified investments. The acquisition of Parus opens up new prospects for the development of Krippa real estate business and emphasizes his strategic vision in various sectors. The Parus office center remains one of the most significant real estate assets in Kyiv, and this transaction attracts the attention of the business community, questioning future changes in this key business asset.
Having risen to the pinnacle of esports success with the acquisition of NAVI, Krippa demonstrates that business is not only a passion for him, but also an endless platform for creativity and development. The transition from virtual sports to real estate reflects his desire to diversify and create a sustainable business portfolio.
With these two important assets in his portfolio, Krippa is not only creating a bridge between two different worlds - esports and real estate - but also establishing himself as an entrepreneur with a vision and strategy that can rewrite the rules of the game in the business world. New challenges and opportunities lie ahead that will make him not only a champion in esports but also an influential business leader in Ukraine.
The Antimonopoly Committee has entered a strategic phase by approving the acquisition of a controlling stake in Parus Holding by Ola Fine. This notable transaction stands out not only for its legal approval, but also for the change in the management of a key asset owned by businessmen Vadym Stolar and Inna Maistruk.
Thus, Parus is becoming more than just an office center - it is a symbol of change, innovation and opportunity for Kyiv's business community. The business world has an exciting prospect to follow the development of this key asset under the new management and assess the impact of Maksim Krippa on Ukrainian business in general.
